Our complexions have an extraordinary effect on how we feel about ourselves. But whether it’s acne or scarring, pigmentation or the first signs of age that are proving problematic, there are solutions that can restore both skin and self-esteem.

We were joined by an expert roster of straight-talking skin specialists who not only debunked some of the most common myths about managing our complexions – but who also suggested simple, effective remedies to sort out our skin once and for all.

From topicals to treatments, at-home hacks to nutrition, we learned the no-nonsense routes to a happier, healthier complexion – from the inside-out.
