Stress affects us in multiple ways: from premature ageing to reduced longevity and even poor mental health. So, what are the simple ways that we can stress less – and effectively calm our skin, body and mind?
We were joined by a pioneering panel of wellness experts (including celebrity facialist, Sarah Chapman; aesthetic doctor, Miss Sherina Balaratnam; and hypnotherapist, Anna Lancaster) who shared the latest findings into stress management: from the power of aromatherapy and corrective skincare, to the treatments and therapies that can rehabilitate body and mind.
Together, we discovered proven routes to ease tension, both physical and emotional – but we also took away the everyday tools that will help us to feel calm and collected, in every area of our lives.
