Women’s health is rife with taboo: from facial fillers to female rejuvenation; menopause to sexual health. Some of the most critical conversations take place behind closed doors; important questions go un-asked. So how can we break down the barriers and start an open, informative dialogue?

We were joined by a panel of leading female practitioners – including aesthetic doctor and skin expert, Dr Aggie Zatonska; former surgeon and body specialist, Dr Selena Langdon; and gynaecologist and and BHRT practitioner, Miss Tania Adib – who debunked common misconceptions in medicine while advocating a personalised approach, inside and out.

Together, we uncovered new ways to optimise our skin, bodies and hormones – but we also de-stigmatised the discussion surrounding women’s health. The aim? To instil confidence, positivity and above all – action.
