Men’s Health: How to Optimise Skin, Hair and Fitness

When it comes to male health, there’s a lot that often goes unspoken. Perhaps dry, aggravated or acne-scarred skin is taking its toll; or hair loss is becoming more bothersome. In support of Men’s Health Awareness Month, we’ll were joined by some of the most sought-after, male-focused specialists: including dermatologist, Dr Sajjad Rajpar; hair transplant surgeon, Dr Greg Williams; and personal trainer and boxing coach at The Lanesborough, Irfan Ahmed.
