Hormones affect everything: like how our skin feels, or the density of our hair. They control our mood, our weight, our energy and our sleep. So how can we regain control of our body chemicals – and feel confident in the face of change?

This female-focused conversation, in support of International Women’s Month, brought together an inspiring panel – including naturopath and herbalist, Jenya Di Pierro; aesthetic doctor and regenerative specialist, Miss Sherina Balaratnam; and Head of Fitness at The Peak, Gino Raccuglia – to explore pioneering ways to support skin, body and mind in the midst of hormonal change.

The aim? To discover safe, sustainable solutions to feeling like our best selves; while restoring a sense of balance – inside and out.
