Most of us are in pursuit of a fresher face: one that looks energised, that denotes health, and that mirrors how we feel on the inside. But with countless ways to achieve this – and an overwhelming amount of information readily available – where do we start?

This straight-talking discussion united three skin experts – including dual-qualified dermatologist and nutritionist, Dr Thivi Maruthappu; consultant ophthalmic surgeon, Professor Jonathan Roos; and facial therapist and TCM practitioner, Nataliya Robinson – who will discuss proven ways to get skin control: from topical ingredients and treatments, to the power of food and therapeutic techniques.

Together, we learned how to overcome common aesthetic concerns and revitalise the complexion – but we also took away a newfound knowledge of the skin: and the importance of optimising it from the inside-out.
