As summer takes hold, our relationship with our physical form can come into sharper focus. For some, the desire is to refine contours; for others, it’s about eliminating toxins and feeling lighter; while many of us are simply looking to feel more content in our own skin. So, what are the most effective routes to truly finessing our bodies, aesthetically but also systemically?

We were joined by a panel of physique-focused experts – including aesthetic doctor and registered psychiatrist, Dr Galyna Selezneva; lymphatic drainage expert, Flávia Morellato; and wellness consultant and founder of Barre Series, Catie Miller – who shared cutting-edge insights to greater body confidence: from regenerative protocols and detoxifying tips, to the transformative discipline of movement and postural alignment.

Together, we explored how to cultivate a harmonious mind-body connection, and discover the value in taking ownership of our physical well-being – but we also learned how to appreciate, and celebrate, our physiques for the incredible vessels that they are.
