Terms and Conditions for Attending The Beauty Triangle Events

1. Ticket Sales

1.1 All tickets purchased for The Beauty Triangle Events are final and non-transferable. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another person or event.

1.2 In the event that you are unable to attend the event, no refund or exchange will be provided. We recommend that you carefully review the event details and your schedule before purchasing tickets.

1.3 The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the event if the ticket holder is unable to provide a valid ticket or proof of purchase upon request.

2. Event Cancellations or Postponements

2.1 In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), you may be offered the option to attend the rescheduled event, if applicable. However, tickets are non-refundable except in cases where the event is cancelled entirely and no rescheduled date is offered.

3. Event Access

3.1 Access to the event will be granted only with a valid ticket. You must ensure that your ticket is kept safe and intact. The event organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

3.2 Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold or offered for resale. Reselling or attempting to resell tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund.

4. Changes to the Event

4.1 The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event details, including the date, time, venue, speakers, or performers. In such cases, tickets will remain valid for the revised event unless otherwise stated.

5. Liability

5.1 By attending the event, you agree to comply with all the event’s rules and regulations. The event organiser is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your participation in the event.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
