Tickets: How do I get access on the day?
You will receive a booking confirmation before the event. Bring your confirmation and photo ID to check-in, where your wristband is issued for session access.
Tickets: Can I switch from AM or PM to full day?
If inventory is available, our team can help with upgrades. Contact hello@thebeautytriangle.com and include your order details.
Venue and travel: How do I get there?
180 Studios is accessible by tube, rail, and taxi services. Exact nearest transport recommendations will be shared with ticket holders in pre-event emails.
Consultations and Treatments: How do Bookings Work?
After purchasing your Festival ticket, you will receive a link to our Treatments Booking Site, where you can pre-book your chosen consultation(s). Additional walk-in opportunities may be available on the day, subject to capacity.
What's included in VIP/ Curated tiers?
VIP and Curated tiers include additional pre-booked consultation allocation, priority treatment lanes, earlier venue access with cafe access, and premium goody bag inclusions.

Dress code is smart casual and comfort-first. You may move between talks and treatment spaces, so practical footwear is recommended.

Yes. Curated food and drink options are available throughout the day, including wellness-oriented refreshments.
