Women’s Wellness: From Hormones to Happiness
As time goes by, changes can start to occur. These might be physical, like weight gain or hot flushes, or perhaps emotional – like low mood or a dip in self-confidence. Often, we can’t always pinpoint the cause. So how can we navigate this time of flux – and stay in control of our bodies and minds?
This liberating panel discussion, in support of World Menopause Day, brought together an empathetic panel – including gynaecologist, Miss Tania Adib; GP and hormone specialist, Dr Sohére Roked; and meditation and lifestyle coach, Dr Padma Shankar Coram – to explore the latest treatments, techniques and therapies that can put us back in control.
The aim? To provide answers to the questions that often go unspoken; while empowering us to take charge of our physical and mental health – today, but also in the future.
