Wellness Today: From Skin Optimisation to the Future of Self-Care

Fortunately, the self-care industry is brimming with solutions to reset both physical and emotional well-being – from hi-tech facials to pioneering procedures that promise to restore a sense of self. So where to begin?

We were joined by a forward-thinking panel of health professionals (including dermatologist and Royal Fern founder, Dr Timm Golueke; aesthetic doctor and thread lifting expert, Dr Pamela Benito; and plastic surgeon and founder of Real Plastics, Mr Naveen Cavale) who revealed the most cutting-edge topicals, treatments and technologies to fortify skin, face and body – but most importantly, self-esteem.

The aim? To discover new avenues to enhancing both our internal and external health – but also to reframe the way we think about wellness, once and for all.
