The Skin Keeps Score: Navigating Stress, Hormones and Nutrition

Our skin is our largest organ, and often the first to tell the story of what's happening within: from the breakouts that flare in a stressful week, to the dullness that follows sleepless nights, to the shifts that arrive with every hormonal chapter. Yet so much of this connection is still overlooked: how cortisol weakens the barrier and fuels inflammation; how fluctuating hormones shape everything from collagen to congestion; and how what we eat shows up in our skin. So how do we learn to read what our skin is telling us, and support it from the inside out?

To open up this conversation, we'll be joined by three leading voices in their fields – including aesthetic doctor, Dr Sarah Tonks; clinical nutritional therapist, Lorna Driver-Davies; and integrative hormone expert, Dr Sohère Roked. Together, they'll share the knowledge, tools and honest guidance needed to navigate skin health and beyond: from the topicals, in-clinic technology and targeted supplements that repair at a cellular level; through to hormone balancing, mindfulness and breathwork to calm the system at its source.

The aim? To open up the conversation around what our skin is truly telling us – while empowering you with the tools for a clearer, calmer complexion, from the inside out.

Due to the nature of this event and its venue, attendance is by invitation only.
