The Science of Happiness: Managing Skin, Hormones & Self-Esteem
After a turbulent year, we’re all in pursuit of happiness. But how do we override our predisposition to anxiety and low self-esteem? And what are the therapies or techniques that can help?
This webinar, in support of Mental Health Awareness Week, brought together a panel of expert practitioners – including aesthetic doctor and global thought leader, Dr Jonquille Chantrey; bio-identical hormone specialist, Dr Martin Galy; and biodynamic psychotherapist, Fiona Arrigo – and explored new thinking around mental health, and offered practical solutions when your mind, body or skin no longer feels like your own.
Together, we discovered the power of the human mind in hindering, but also helping, us to reach our full potential – and the aim? To eliminate the blockages preventing us from reaching contentment and happiness – while uncovering the tools to help us live life in balance once more.
We also partnered with SkinCeuticals to give away a bespoke skincare routine to three webinar attendees!
