The Mothership: Dealing with Skin, Stress and Self-Identity

Disrupted skin, societal pressures and evolving self-identity are all deeply intertwined – and for those navigating life with a baby, these changes can feel especially intense. Why is skin flaring up, post-partum? What are the safe, sustainable ways to rediscover physical activity as we continue to heal? And how can we reinstate a sense of self when our sleep is disrupted and our body no longer feels like our own?

To open up this important conversation, we'll be joined by three leading voices in their fields – including women’s health doctor, Dr Jo Mennie; general practitioner and baby sleep expert, Dr Francesca Brewer; and post-natal movement coach, Sophie Allin.

From breastfeeding-safe skin hacks and supplementation, to pelvic floor awareness and sleep-enhancing techniques, we will discuss the evidence-based solutions and daily adjustments that can make a difference, every day - and night. The goal? To feel supported, and empowered in the midst of change - while recognising the beauty and magnitude of this precious stage of life.
