The Male Mind: Breaking The Stigma Around Mental Health
Men’s mental health is still surrounded by silence. Despite increased awareness, there remains pressure to ‘push through’, stay in control, and avoid vulnerability – with little exploration of those concerns that can impact mental wellbeing: such as hormonal imbalance, overwhelming stress, or aesthetic concerns. So what are the science-backed solutions to feeling more resilient?
To answer this, The Beauty Triangle was joined by a panel of pioneering specialists – including leading hormone expert, Professor Pierre-Marc Bouloux; consultant oculoplastic surgeon, Professor Jonathan Roos; and breathwork coach, Rob Rea – who explored how mental wellbeing is influenced by biology, lifestyle and the way we respond to stress.
The goal? To facilitate an honest discussion that challenges the stigma, encourages openness and provides evidence-led solutions to foster resilience, clarity and connection – and help move the conversation around men’s mental health forward.
