Stretch & Sculpt: Sustainable Routes to Strengthen and Lengthen
As warmer weather approaches, feeling confident in our physiques becomes a focus – so what are the safe and sustainable routes to honing a strong and toned body for summer and beyond?
A partnership between The Beauty Triangle and Bodyism, this immersive experience commenced with a panel discussion – featuring Bodyism Club Director, Lara Dunleavy; and Bodyism trainer, Lucy Borrie – followed by a strengthening and lengthening “Pilates Tone” class. Hosted in Bodyism’s beautiful flagship club, the evening concluded with a refuelling shake; all guests took away a TBT curated goody bag.
Together, we learned the practical skills to improve coordination, posture and endurance – while discovering new confidence, and energy we never knew we had.
