We discussed the dichotomy of respecting laws of facial proportion while preserving individuality in aesthetic treatment; and we examined how the early learnings of Masters such as Botticelli and Da Vinci continue to inspire modern face-lifting techniques. But we also discovered the role that art plays in creating social beauty trends – and ultimately preserving them.
