Skin and Soul: How to Balance Complexion, Gut and Mind
Our complexions are a direct reflection of our inner world, profoundly influencing how we move through life. When our skin is balanced, we project greater confidence; when it’s distressed, it can dim our inner light. So, how can we cultivate a deeper sense of harmony: one that supports a clear, balanced complexion and nurtures self-assurance?
This empowering panel discussion brought together three wellness experts – including oculoplastic surgeon and aesthetic doctor, Miss Rachna Murthy; registered naturopathic nutritionist, Jessica Shand; and facialist, breathwork and reiki practitioner, Katie Light – to reveal the safe and sustainable routes to support a calm complexion, more mindful eating patterns, and a profound sense of self.
From the power of topical ingredients and the role of the microbiome, to nutrition, supplementation and energy-balancing practices – we discovered how to look and feel truly confident from the inside- out.
