We were joined by a roster of straight-talking skin specialists – including aesthetic doctor and longevity expert, Dr Pamela Benito; oculoplastic surgeon, Professor Jonathan Roos; and Professor in laser dermatology, Professor Firas Al-Niami – who debunked common myths about managing our complexions, while suggesting simple remedies to sort out our skin once and for all.

Dr Pamela Benito
As a leading aesthetic practitioner, Dr Benito is regularly featured in national newspapers and magazines for her expertise in skincare and aesthetic treatments.
Dr Jonathan Roos
Dr Roos holds a higher doctorate and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and the European Board of Ophthalmology, as well as learned oculoplastics societies in the US, UK and Europe. He lectures internationally and has won numerous national and international prizes and awards. He practices in Harley Street, the Lanserhof in Dover Street, at OneWelbeck as well as in Cambridge.
Professor Firas Al-niaimi
Professor Firas Al-Niaimi is a highly experienced and respected consultant dermatologist with nearly 20 years of medical experience and trained in some of the UK's top hospitals including the world-renowned St. John's Institute of Dermatology at St. Thomas’ hospital where he completed a prestigious laser and Mohs surgical fellowship there and continued to work as an honorary consultant for several years as well as advanced training in the USA.
Currently in addition to his private practice he is involved in academic research and international teaching and training of doctors and was awarded the Global Excellence Award for the title consultant dermatologist of the year 2019 in London given his services and commitment to dermatology. In 2021 he was appointed Professor in dermatology and becomes the first and only Professor in laser dermatology in the UK.
