Shifting with the Seasons: How to Support Skin, Energy and Digestion

As the summer draws to a close, our wellbeing needs start to evolve. Perhaps our skin looks less radiant; our energy starts to wane; or our digestion just isn’t working like it used to. So how can we optimise our complexions, support better gut health and elevate our mood as the lighter evenings begin to fade?

To answer this, The Beauty Triangle hosted a panel of pioneering wellness experts – including dual-qualified consultant dermatologist and founder of Joonbyrd, Dr Alexis Granite; nutritional therapist and Director of Nutrition at Ancient + Brave, Jo Woodhurst; and acupuncturist and founder of The Bradden Method, Sarah Bradden. Together, we revealed the science backed routes to feeling brighter, both inside and out: from topical ingredients and in-clinic treatments, to the mood-boosting nutraceuticals, seasonal food swaps and holistic practices that make you feel ready to face the season ahead.

The aim? To supercharge our health, both internally and externally: enabling us to power through to Autumn, feeling healthier and happier.
