Seasonal Shifts: How to Recharge Skin, Body and Soul

As Spring starts to take hold, many of us are looking to switch things up. Perhaps the shift in seasons is playing havoc with your skin; maybe your body feels less optimal than it used to; or your gut decisively sluggish (and desperate for an MOT). So how can we prepare ourselves for the months ahead – and what are the treatments that can make a difference?

This inspiring conversation brings together an expert, health-focused panel – including aesthetic doctor, Dr Suha Kersh; vein expert, Professor Mark Whiteley; and Bodhimaya’s Head of Nutrition, Olga Hamilton – to explore the seasonal swaps we need to know about: from the therapies that will reboot your skin and get your legs summer-ready (varicose veins, begone!) to the at-home hacks that will make you rethink your nutrition once and for all.

The goal? To step into Spring on the right foot – both mentally and physically – while embracing positive changes that will see us through the rest of the year.
