Restore & Rebuild: New Routes to a More Resilient Body
Exceptionally powerful, yet intricate in design, the female form undergoes multiple changes throughout its lifetime: from hormonal shifts, to fluctuations in shape and size, and even skeletal adjustments. So, how can we reinstate lost confidence in our bodies, both inside and out, as life marches on?
This empowering-panel discussion brought together three female-focused wellness experts – including consultant gynaecologist, Miss Smita Sinha; leading plastic surgeon, Mr Marc Pacifico; and osteopath at Lanserhof at The Arts Club, Paul Marsat – to reveal safe and sustainable routes to honing a stronger physique.
From the power of intimate health interventions, to modern surgical techniques and hands-on, postural adjustments, we discovered how to navigate the road ahead – and the many changes incurred – with renewed clarity and optimism.
