To explore this evolving conversation, we’ll be joined by three leading experts - including functional medicine & longevity doctor, Nikita Grover; aesthetic doctor, Dr Catherine Denning; and consultant plastic surgeon, Mr Naveen Cavale - to discuss the evidence-based approaches to supporting skin, face and body during weight-loss.

Nikita Grover

With over thirty years of experience, and diplomas in Child Health, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Dermatology and Nutrition, Nikita is a certified practitioner with both the US Institute of Functional Medicine and the Austrian Society of Mayr doctors. She practises at Lanserhof at the Arts Club, where she works with patients to improve their health, energy and weight by identifying genetic predispositions and alterations to the gut microbiome – before targeting them through nutrition and lifestyle.

Dr Catharine Denning

Catharine is an aesthetic doctor and KOL for Galderma with over a decade of experience and clinics in London and Kent. With a background in surgery, research and university lecturing, Catharine is passionate about using and teaching the safest techniques with the most efficacious results by underpinning education with detailed facial anatomy.

Mr Naveen Cavale

Naveen is a fully-accredited plastic surgeon renowned for his breast work and complex rhinoplasties. He is the founder of the state-of-the-art Real clinic in Battersea, which is pioneering an innovative approach to day-case procedures, both surgical and non-surgical. Above all, Naveen has a warm and empathetic nature, which puts his patients at ease.
