Perimenopause, and Beyond: How to Support Skin, Body, and Reproductive Health
The female body is in constant conversation with itself: shifting, adapting, and responding to the hormonal rhythms that define every stage of womanhood. From skin quality and fertility to weight, mood, and long-term well-being, so much of this journey remains under-discussed - and, for many of us, misunderstood. So how do we navigate each stage with greater knowledge, confidence and care?
To open up this important conversation, we'll be joined by three leading voices in their fields – including breast and body focused surgeon & BAAPS president, Dr Nora Nugent; aesthetic doctor, Dr Sindhu Siddiqi; and fertility expert Zita West. Together, they’ll reveal the treatments, therapies and approaches that can help us to navigate the physical and emotional terrain of perimenopause and beyond: from skin sensitivity and a shifting facial identity, through to physique-related changes, disrupted sleep, and fertility concerns.
The aim? To open up the conversation around what perimenopause truly looks like - while empowering you with the knowledge to instill positive change.
