The Beauty Triangle was joined for this insightful discussion by a panel of leading wellness experts – including Oculoplastic Surgeon and Aesthetic Doctor, Miss Elizabeth Hawkes; Consultant Physiotherapist, Florence Hope Penny; and Breathwork and Performance Coach, Jamie Clements – who discussed the tools and techniques that can lessen stress, inside and out.

Dr Elizabeth Hawkes
She is known for her delicate surgery and meticulous attention to detail. She is one of a very small group of aesthetic oculoplastic surgeons who also perform intraocular surgery. She also performs advanced facial aesthetics for non-surgical face and eye rejuvenation.
She has a particular interest in safety in the aesthetics industry. She serves as the oculoplastic surgeon on the clinical advisory board for the Aesthetics Journal and on the specialist advisory board for the Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative. Dr. Hawkes is frequently consulted to give her expert opinion on challenging cases by colleagues.
