New Resilience: How to Strengthen Skin, Body and Nervous System

Stress can manifest in various ways. It impacts our physical appearance, lowers our mental resilience, and even disrupts our nervous system. So, how can we enhance a more bulletproof body and mind?

The Beauty Triangle was joined for this insightful discussion by a panel of leading wellness experts – including Oculoplastic Surgeon and Aesthetic Doctor, Miss Elizabeth Hawkes; Consultant Physiotherapist, Florence Hope Penny; and Breathwork and Performance Coach, Jamie Clements – who discussed the tools and techniques that can lessen stress, inside and out.

From hi-tech treatments that will ensure a more rested complexion; to physical, posture-improving therapies and somatic practices, we took away simple yet effective ways to greater resilience – enabling us to face the future with clarity and calmness.
