Men's Health: How to Optimise Skin, Hormones and Performance
When it comes to men’s health, there’s a lot that goes unsaid. Perhaps you look constantly tired – no matter how much sleep you’re getting; or your energy and concentration are in a constant state of flux. Maybe you need to learn some simple, everyday solutions to managing stress – or enhancing your everyday performance. So, what are the treatments that can genuinely help?
In support of Men’s Health Awareness Month, The Beauty Triangle and a panel of pioneering men’s health experts came together – including consultant dermatologist, Dr Anjali Mahto; integrative medicine specialist and hormone expert, Dr Sohère Roked; and sports medicine consultant at Lanserhof at The Arts Club, Dr Sam Botchey. Together, we revealed the science-backed routes to feeling sharper, in body and mind: from topical ingredients and in-clinic interventions, to the lifestyle amends and daily hacks that make you feel stronger, sleep better, and perform at your most optimal.
The goal? To shine a spotlight on some of the most deep-rooted topics in male health, while disclosing the solutions that work – and ultimately, fostering a sense of togetherness.
