Men’s Health: How to Optimise Skin, Hair and Fitness
When it comes to male health, there’s a lot that often goes unspoken. Perhaps dry, aggravated or acne-scarred skin is taking its toll; or hair loss is becoming more bothersome. Maybe you need to build more muscle mass, lose a few kilos, or simply reduce stress. So, what are the treatments or lifestyle amends that truly work?
In support of Men’s Health Awareness Month, we were joined by some of the most sought-after, male-focused specialists: including dermatologist, Dr Sajjad Rajpar; hair transplant surgeon, Dr Greg Williams; and personal trainer and boxing coach at The Lanesborough, Irfan Ahmed.
Together, we discovered the most cutting-edge methods to physical optimisation: from the power of prescriptive skincare and hi-tech treatments to hair restoration techniques – but we also examined the role of nutrition and exercise in strengthening body and mind. The aim? To cultivate a deeper awareness of men’s health, inside and out.
