We were joined by a panel of esteemed wellness experts – including GP and aesthetic doctor, Dr Priya Verma; venous surgeon, Prof Mark Whiteley; and consultant reconstructive and plastic surgeon, Theo Nanidis to explore the safe and sustainable routes to fortify body and mind for the months ahead.

From the newest devices designed to tighten and refine the skin, to the latest leg-perfecting protocols, to new innovations in breast- and body-focused surgeries – we explored sciences-backed routes a stronger physique in time for the summer. Professor Mark Whiteley

Professor Mark Whiteley trained in St. Bartholomew’s Hospital and was a lecturer in vascular surgery at Oxford University. He has dedicated his professional life to the understanding and treatment of veins, and is focused on finding the latest techniques to get the very best results.
Initially recognised for his unparalleled understanding of varicose veins and spider veins, Mark is now a recognised world authority on pelvic congestion (varicose veins in the pelvis). He also has invented and patented a treatment for prominent vertical forehead veins and developed a techniques for bulging arteries on the temples, prominent breast veins and hand veins.

Mr Theo Nanidis is a Leading Plastic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgeon with busy practices in Central London and Surrey and also works as an NHS Consultant in the world renowned Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea.
