Longevity, Unlocked: How to Support Hormones, Health-span and Happiness

What’s the secret to looking and feeling truly revitalised? Is it the quality of our skin, or the brightness of our eyes? Does it lie in our posture, and how we carry ourselves daily? Or is it something deeper: the energy that we give off, perhaps; or how we connect with one another as human beings?

Together, with our panel of longevity-focused experts – including Medical Director at Surrenne, Dr Mark Mikhail; aesthetic doctor and regenerative specialist, Dr Zoya Awan; and nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner, Farzanah Nasser – we unpicked the subtle, nuanced cues that denote agelessness – while examining the most cutting-edge routes that can enable us to look better, and live longer.

From the role of diagnostics and biohacking therapies, to regenerative treatments and the power of the gut-brain axis, we learned how to optimise the human body, and how to work with our natural rhythms – but we also discovered where scientific advancements can support, inside and out. The goal? Infinity – and beyond.
