Inner Strength: How to Fortify Skin, Body and Nervous System
What does “strength” mean to you? Is it about having skin that bounces back, that feels energised, and doesn’t react to life’s ups and downs? Maybe it’s about building a body that stands the test of time; and that feels resilient – inside and out? Or does it necessitate us looking inwards: in cultivating greater mental health, a more robust nervous system, and a sharper mind?
In support of World Mental Health Day, The Beauty Triangle was joined, in conversation, by a panel of sought-after wellness experts – including celebrity facialist, Sarah Chapman; aesthetic doctor and regenerative specialist, Dr Marwa Ali; and somatic movement coach, Nahid De Belgeonne. Together, we be explored how to fortify skin, body and mind: through clinical-grade skincare and the power of human touch – plus, the pioneering therapies that can support cognitive function, reduce anxiety and even boost our mood.
The aim? To discover the simple, science-backed solutions that can better support our skin barrier, our brains and our movement patterns – but also to tap into what makes us unique as individuals: and work with that, not against it. In doing so, we’re one step closer to feeling like our most resilient, and capable, selves.
