How to Heal: From the Hi-Tech to the Holistic
Sometimes in life, we need a little support: something – or someone – to help mend the parts of us that feel broken. Maybe it’s city-battered skin in need of attention, or a compromised immune system that just won’t reboot. Maybe it’s an aching heart, or low-lying anxiety. But when something persistently ails you where do you turn?
To answer this, we were joined by a enlightening panel of practitioners – including aesthetic doctor and skin specialist, Dr Aggie Zatonska; longevity expert, Dr Tamsin Lewis; and reflexologist Ersilia Di Nitto – who explored proven routes to heal: from skin regeneration to biohacking therapies, through to the power of touch.
The aim? To soothe skin, body and soul; but also to find light in the dark – and a lifeline in your time of need.
