Forging Ahead: How to Future-Proof the Female Body
As time goes by, modern life can take its toll. Maybe you’re struggling with sleep, or constantly run-down. Perhaps your complexion feels under-par, your energy is flat-lining, or your clothes just don’t fit like they used to. So, how can we – as women – optimise our everyday performance – and what are the simple steps that we can take to enhance our skin, our physiques, and even our immunity?
This forward-thinking panel discussion brought together three wellness experts – including GP and functional medicine practitioner at Lanserhof at The Arts Club, Dr Maria Amasanti; dermatologist and longevity advocate, Dr Jinah Yoo; and plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Mr Naveen Cavale – to reveal tangible routes to feeling like our best selves.
From the power of nutrition and supplementation, to breakthroughs in biohacking and the latest surgical techniques, we learned to navigate the here and the now – while also preparing mind and body for the road ahead.
