Body Confidence: How to Feel Stronger, Shapelier and Happier in your own Skin

As summer approaches, our attention often turns to our physiques. For some, regaining lost strength is key; for others, it’s about feeling cleaner and leaner; while many are simply looking to feel more confident in their own skin. So what are the proven routes to finessing our bodies, inside and out?

We were joined by some of the most sought-after specialists in wellness – including dermatologist, Dr Alexis Granite; aesthetic doctor, Dr Suha Kersh; and Lanserhof’s own Head of Fitness, Jason Reynolds – who shared the most cutting-edge methods to a beautiful body: from hi-tech diagnostics and results-driven regimes, to the simple switches that we can make on the everyday.

Together, we learnt how to cultivate a healthy mind-body connection and take back ownership of our physical appearance – but we also learnt how to celebrate our physiques, for the incredible machines that they are.
