Pregnancy is a journey: from the day we start trying to conceive, to long beyond the birth. So how can we support our bodies in this period of physical and emotional flux?

This webinar brought together a panel of female-focused practitioners – including Pilates instructor and founder of The Bump Plan, Hollie Grant; aesthetic doctor and post-natal specialist, Dr Selena Langdon; and breast and body surgeon, Mrs Jacqueline Lewis – for a liberating conversation about how to strengthen, restore and rebuild the female physique.

The aim? To answer the questions that any woman might have, at any stage of life – while reinstating confidence in our bodies, and empowering us to take back control of them.
