Whether it takes hold internally, or manifests externally, stress affects us all: leading to irritable skin and reduced vitality; disrupted sleep, a compromised gut, and even poor mental health. So, how can we enhance our resilience to stress – and what are the tools that can help to regulate our skin, body and mind?

We’ll be joined by a pioneering panel of wellness experts – including Biolite founder, biohacker and hypnotherapist, Mona Mirza; international yoga instructor and Delano’s resident practitioner, Adrienne Everett; and nutritional therapist, Lana Almulla – who will explore the latest learnings into stress management: from the ancient power of alternative therapies and movement-focused practices; to the role of targeted skincare, regenerative treatments and the gut-brain axis.

Together, we’ll discover proven routes to reduce stress and instil calm – but we’ll also take away the simple solutions that can help us to stress less, every day.
