January is a month of resolutions – to reboot our skin, streamline our bodies and overhaul our minds. However, it’s also a time to repair, restore and ready ourselves for the year ahead. So what are the holistic ways to heal, and feel recharged inside and out?

This insightful panel discussion brought together a unique, multi-disciplinary panel: including aesthetic doctor, Dr Aggie Zatonska; breast- and body-focused surgeon, Ms Nora Nugent; and acclaimed healer and well-being expert, Beata Aleksandrowicz. Together, we explored modern-day routes to strengthen and support our bodies, as well as therapeutic methods to help heal – from Manual Lymphatic Drainage to reiki and botanicals.

The aim? To encourage new thinking around what healing means today – but also to empower you to achieve it.
