Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating the early throes of pregnancy, or battling to reclaim a sense of self in the aftermath, our experience of this chapter can vary wildly – and it’s riddled with questions. What skincare or supplements should we be thinking about? How can we optimise our fertility for the future? And who are the people that can help us to feel reassured, in body and mind, as we embrace the next chapter?

To answer this, The Beauty Triangle assembled a panel of female health experts – including consultant dermatologist and SKN to SKN advisor, Professor Caitriona Ryan; gynecologist and founding obstetric advisor at The Tenth, Dr Claire Mellon; and embryologist and founder of Avenues Fertility, Dr Cristina Hickman. Together, they took a deep dive into optimal routes for pre- and post-natal support: from managing skin sensitivity and navigating topical ingredients, to the role of egg freezing and IVF, as well as the power of community in fortifying self-confidence.

Their aim? To provide simple, science-backed answers to the questions we really need answers to – while enabling us to feel confident in the face of change – no matter what stage of motherhood we are at.
