Our complexions have a profound effect on the way we feel – and when acne takes root, self-esteem can plummet. So, how can we manage breakouts, reduce the appearance of residual scarring, and better support our skin?

In partnership with AviClear, and in support of Acne Awareness Month, this empowering discussion brought together a panel of sought-after skin experts – including consultant dermatologist, Dr Anjali Mahto; aesthetic doctor, Dr Ana Mansouri; and consultant dietician, Sophie Medlin.

From hi-tech treatments to topical solutions to the role of nutrition, hormones and alternative medicine, we explored how to get our skin back under control – as well as discovering how to feel confident in our complexions once more.
