Humans are extraordinary, with an infinite capacity for growth and evolution – but as the world moves faster and life becomes busier, how can we build a body that can stand the test of time?

This forward-thinking panel discussion brought together three body-focused experts – including aesthetic doctor and regenerative specialist, Dr Aggie Zatonska; venous surgeon and pioneer, Professor Mark Whiteley; and resident Doctor in sport and exercise medicine at Lanserhof at The Arts Club, Dr Bevin McCartan – to explore proven routes to enhancing posture, lowering stress and even reshaping our physiques.

From regenerative treatments and limb-perfecting protocols, to the role of hands-on techniques, we discovered how to find physical strength and resilience – both inside and out.
