Founder of Paola’s Body Barre, Paola Di Lanzo is one of London’s leading Pilates instructors. Paola is renowned for her dynamic, barre-based workouts which tone and strengthen the body, and has a special interest in pre- and post-natal Pilates. She believes that fitness ought to be fun, and works from KXU and KX, in addition to PBB studios in Fulham and Wimbledon.
