A partnership between The Beauty Triangle and SIRO One Za’abeel – “Dubai’s ultimate active lifestyle and business hotel” – this class and conversation concept combined a relaxing yoga class and an insightful conversation on optimal ways to rest and digest, featuring SIRO’s in-house nutritionist, Heeral Shivnani. Hosted in SIRO’s Yoga Studio, with panoramic views of Dubai, and “The Collective” space, the morning concluded with healthy snacks and juice shots, as well a chance to network with like minded people.
Together we discussed the everyday tips and nutritional advice that will ensure a restful day and night – while also learning how to recharge body and mind.
