The women’s wellness conversation is rapidly gaining momentum, but how can we stay physically and mentally resilient – whilst embracing our feminine energy?
A partnership between The Beauty Triangle and BXR, in support of International Women’s Month, this immersive experience commenced with a female-focused panel discussion, including BXR female founder, Olia Sardarova and BXR female Boxing trainer, Indija Anderson, followed by an invigorating Boxing Skills class – hosted in the boxing ring at BXR’s beautiful flagship gym – and conclude with a refuelling shake and networking with likeminded people.
Together we learnt practical skills to improve strength and stamina. The goal? To gain resilience for the road ahead.
